About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Convert offline & online bookings generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google by giving them property details and confirming the bookings
2. Manage all OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Makemytrip, etc.
3. Update all details on a daily basis in the occupancy & booking sheet
4. Work on client servicing before and after check-in (phone only)
5. Report daily work status to the senior-level manager
6. Meet property targets
