About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven business development sales and marketing manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
2. Identify potential clients and establish contact through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media
3. Nurture and maintain a strong relationship with clients to build trust and credibility
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities
5. Prepare and present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the proposed solution meets the client's requirements
7. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
9. Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company's services
