About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect research:
-Identify and research potential prospects through various channels including social media, business directories, and other online platforms
- Maintain an updated database of potential leads and prospects

2. Outreach:
- Conduct systematic and strategic outreach via email, phone calls, and social media
- Develop and customize outreach messages to capture the attention of potential clients

3. Lead qualification:
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit with our products/services
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads

4. Relationship building:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Provide feedback and insights from prospects to help refine sales strategies and marketing campaigns

6. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, including outreach efforts, lead qualification, and follow-up activities
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Development Executive or in a similar sales role

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English

3. Strong research and analytical skills

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Strong organizational and time management skills

9. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,50,000 /year
