About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify high-potential companies generating 10 CR+ annual revenue as prospective marketing agency clients
2. Proactively engage key decision-makers (CEO, Founder, CFO, CMO, Marketing/Business Development Executives) through targeted outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and email platforms
3. Develop strategic communication strategies ensuring minimum 50% response and acceptance rate for initial business conversations
4. Craft personalized, compelling connection requests and messages demonstrating clear value proposition for potential clients
5. Maintain comprehensive contact database, track communication interactions, and manage lead nurturing process
6. Perform administrative tasks including proposal ppt, making case studies for website, post commenting, and updating agency website.
7. Generate monthly lead generation reports highlighting conversion metrics, engagement rates, and potential revenue opportunities
