Role & Responsibilities
Pull together periodic reporting on a weekly or monthly cadence and send out to Engineering leaders.
AWS Weekly Spend Report pull data from Vegacloud into formatted Excel file and share out the final report via email.
Headcount Reporting - Reconcile data across HR and finance systems and compile monthly snapshot of our headcount.
Update AWS actuals monthly with invoice data, review updated AWS forecast/actuals with manager, and distribute.
Create new business processes to manage business operations data.
Vendor contracts, renewals
Exits and new joiners, changes to positions
Coordinate meeting cadences for Engineering partners, preparing and coordinating powerpoint decks, scheduling meetings, and running slides during meetings.
Monthly KPI review
Quarterly All Hands
Facilitate other operational tasks for Engineering teams such as creation of or management of email groups, organizing virtual events, etc.
Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of experience in Business Operations or Program Management preferably in a SaaS business
Basic understanding of finance and accounting, experience managing budgets or a P&L with a high proficiency in Excel
Extremely well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing organizational process changes
Ability to keep sensitive information in confidence
MBA preferred
