Role Overview:
As a Business Strategy Associate at Jupiter Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and advancing success through strategic business analysis and innovative market solutions. This position demands a strong understanding of business dynamics and a proactive approach to market challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive business research to identify emerging opportunities for growth and innovation.
2. Analyze market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making.
3. Develop and oversee the implementation of targeted marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure cohesive strategy execution and business plan alignment.
5. Create and present persuasive presentations and detailed data-driven reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, conveying insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
6. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting tactics based on metrics and feedback to optimize outcomes.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure Jupiter Consulting maintains a competitive edge.
8. Support the leadership and development of junior analysts and strategists, contributing to team expertise and professional growth.
9. Manage stakeholder relationships to align expectations and secure support for key business initiatives across the organization.
Experience Required:
1. 2-4 years of proven experience in business strategy, market analysis, or a related field within a consulting or corporate setting.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead projects that significantly influence business growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; a Master s degree in strategy/consulting is preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
