About the job

Key responsibilities:
Budget Preparation & Tracking and MIS

1. Manage financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and working capital optimization
2. Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and investment priorities
3. Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Manage BS and P and L accounts in all aspect of month end closings, accounting, bookkeeping, and regulation compliance
5. Develop and maintain robust MIS reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to management
6. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Certification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

3. Experience: 3-5years of experience in finance and accounting roles.Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing. Industrial exposure in Hospitality Services, Real Estate including development of Industrial Parks, Rental and Investments.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Minimum 3 years relevant hands on experience in an organisation and not having experience through audit firm.

2. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

4. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

5. Candidate should be well versed in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
