1. Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects of various scales in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
2. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data, including maps, reports, tests, and drawings
3. Perform technical and feasibility studies and draft blueprints that meet technical specifications
4. Assess potential risks, materials, and costs for project planning and execution
5. Provide expert advice and creatively resolve emerging problems or deficiencies
6. Oversee and mentor staff while liaising with various stakeholders
7. Ensure smooth project handover, including structures and services
8. Monitor progress, compile reports, and update stakeholders on project status
9. Manage budgets and oversee the procurement of equipment and materials
10. Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and technical documentation requirements
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in civil engineering
2. Proficiency in design and visualization software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
3. Strong understanding of site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
4. Excellent project management and supervision skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
