We are looking for a 'Client Acquisition Executive' who can proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in marketing, advertising, events, and digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client servicing, lead generation, and business development through LinkedIn, networking events, and industry outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Client Outreach & Lead Generation:
1. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through LinkedIn, social media outreach, emails, and offline networking.
2. Identify potential leads in corporate marketing, advertising, events, and digital marketing sectors.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
4. Business Development & Pitching:
5. Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and customized solutions for clients.
7. Stay updated with industry trends to position the company as an expert in integrated marketing services.
II. Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for potential and new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
2. Work closely with creative, production, and technical teams to oversee project execution and client satisfaction.
3. Address client queries, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
III. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
1. Conduct research on market trends, industry demands, and competitors' offerings.
2. Identify opportunities to differentiate the company's services and create a unique value proposition for clients.
3. Event & Activation Participation:
4. Represent the company at corporate events, industry conferences, and networking meetups to expand business connections.
5. Leverage offline outreach methods such as face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and referrals to build a strong client pipeline.
IV. Target Achievement & Reporting:
1. Set and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and deal progress.
3. Provide regular reports on sales performance, outreach effectiveness, and market insights.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1+ year of experience in client acquisition, sales, business development, or related fields.
2. Prior experience in advertising, digital marketing, event management, or corporate marketing is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach, and digital marketing strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible work hours.
