Client Acquisition Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients for SkillGenic Academy, ensuring continuous growth and expansion
2. Utilize excellent English proficiency skills to effectively communicate with potential clients, both verbally and in written form, to highlight the benefits and advantages of our services
3. Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring that the potential clients understand the value proposition and are motivated to choose SkillGenic Academy
4. Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events, to expand the client base and increase revenue
5. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations that meet their specific objectives
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding, providing a positive experience from the very first interaction
7. Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients
