About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new business (closing the potential clients with meetings and negotiations)
2. Understand the client's requirements and handle the client's queries
3. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
4. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
5. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
8. Review the deliverables promised to the client with the person responsible from the team
9. Perform quality check on the work performed by the team
10. Suggest improvement strategies to the team which should be communicated through mail as well with cc to reporting manager.
11. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
12. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics management strategy and execution to support the growth of the agency, client accounts, and teams
13. Understand and track project scope in order to achieve agency growth
14. Participate in developing systems that allow teams to demonstrate clear and
measurable value to client relationships
15. Interpret and negotiate briefs with team members

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office Project Management
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and discuss ideas with team members

Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time being open to feedback and being willing to make changes to your decisions

Effective networking skills to build contacts

1-2 years managing and servicing agency accounts

Strong time management/prioritization skills

Strong project management skills

Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent oral and written English

Strong numeracy skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive

Experience in running a strong dynamic account team including resource planning

Should be a team player

Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Other incentives: 20%
