Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
2. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
3. Client Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Communication: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO with excellent English communication skills
5. Organizational Support: Maintain an organized system of electronic documents on the cloud, ensuring information is easily accessible.
6. Task Management: Assist with special projects, research, and other tasks as assigned by the CEO to support business goals.
