Key responsibilities:

1. Addressing client queries, complaints, and requests
2. Closing the queries timely by taking ownership of the task
3. Managing the client campaigns calendar for timely GoLive and making sure data is updated in the reporting from internal tools to the client dashboard

This is a high-ownership role and will need you to actively keep working with the founders and the team to optimize for better operational efficiency.
