About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate issues to appropriate teams if necessary
3. Provide accurate and complete information to customers, ensuring that their questions or concerns are addressed
4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
6. Continuously improve customer service skills and technical knowledge to better serve customers and meet departmental goals
7. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and issues to management
8. Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with new products and services
9. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
