Communication Specialist Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning, designing, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content
2. Maintaining monthly calendar
3. Publishing monthly newsletter
4. Handling content on all social media platforms and ensuring its growth and reach
5. Working on curriculum construction and updating as and when required
6. Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media and org. Website

Who can apply:

1. Strategy Development: We are looking for someone who has a vision, and who can lead and strategize to create content so that the impactful work carried out on the ground is effectively represented through communication collateral.
2. Content Creation: Produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for various channels, including social media, website, newsletters, press releases, and reports, to effectively communicate our mission, impact, and initiatives.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (e.g. specifically Instagram, and LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, fostering online communities, and implementing targeted campaigns.
4. Someone who is a feminist and aspires to bring change while working in an NGO that'll be equally caring about your personal goals.
5. Apart from writing and designing skills, we are seeking a candidate who can lead as this is an individual role.
