About the job

As a 'Regulatory Compliance Specialist', you will possess a deep understanding of the compliance required in the e-waste recycling industry, manufacturing industry, software development industry, and medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. You will have knowledge and expertise in ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 and other certifications like R2V3, RIOS, and e-stewards.
2. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of ISO/R2V3 documentation packages.
3. In this capacity, you will work closely with the 'Chief Consultant' to plan and execute regulated activities, including preparing reports on gap analysis, risk management, internal audits, and scheduling for external audits and on-site visits.
4. You may be responsible for compiling client-specific regulatory compliance documentation and reporting to government agencies.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop ISO compliance.
5. You will assist with preparing internal audit reports and other audit-related documents.

Requirements and skills

1. Two years of experience as a regulatory compliance analyst
2. Bachelor's degree in industry management, environmental science, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
3. Experience and understanding of industry regulations and how to apply them. This may include but is not limited to ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
4. Experience in writing, formatting, and updating ISO documentation
5. Previous working experience in assisting with and facilitating CAPA, change control, non-conformities, internal audit, and management reviews
6. Experience in preparing, managing, and conducting training
7. Industry knowledge of recycling, e-waste, manufacturing, and software development industries
8. Excellent diagnostic skills (ability to diagnose an issue or situation quickly and efficiently)
9. Great organizational skills (coordination, sorting, checklists, etc.) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
11. Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team player
12. Ability to work autonomously and proactively
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and mass emailing
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
