2. Analyzing the quality of the work submitted by the team members
3. Sharing the performance reports and feedback with them accordingly
4. Spotting the errors and taking the responsibility of getting them rectified
5. Recording and analysing the data
6. Taking the doubts of the team members to help them in the creation of content with excellent quality
7. Authoring and fixing high quality solutions
