Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Compensation
Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module ( At least 4 implementation project and 1 support project)
Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Able to support Annual compensation cycle including enhancements.
Good to have Experience in custom compensation statements.
Good understanding of other SF Modules.
Stakeholder management and comms skills. Able to lead and drive the compensation area.
