About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Outreach Associate
1. Identify the top professionals in India and reach them out through LinkedIn
2. Communicate with the professionals/experts through emails/LinkedIn and get them to connect
3. Set up calls with the academic relations team and onboard the experts by getting the agreement signed

B. Pre-Sales Associates
1. Handle personalized cold email outreach and cold calling

C. Enterprise Sales Associate
1. Identify enterprises that need L&D programs and establish contact
2. Conduct meetings in-person or digital meetings with the company's senior-level executives

Other requirements

Should have a sound knowledge in identifying territory and industry which works the best for the given solution

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 320000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 150000 /year

3. Other incentives: ₹30000 /year
