Corporate Sales Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

MBA Finance/Sales/Marketing or financial planners with 0-1 years of experience with good communication skills and interested in building a new way of personal financial planning in the Indian market

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on user acquisition using online/telecalling/digital sales
2. Work on the financial planner/advisor engagement
3. Manage end-to-end financial planner life-cycle i.e. introduction, onboarding, active engagement, and business development support
4. Sell digital content and business development tools for ArthaSarathi partner advisors
5. Managing business development/sales for induction of advisors/users on the website and achieving the targets set for the same,
6. Work on financial planning: End-to-end financial planning for prospective customers
7. Play a role in financial market research and work closely with the technical teams to develop new features and ongoing product enhancement with the technical teams
8. Build marketing and website content (videos, articles, social media feeds) to attract prospective users of financial planning services
9. Design and execution of customer lead generation activities (online and offline) social media and digital marketing campaigns for prospective customers and advisors
10. Meet/Interact with customers/financial planners

Skills:

1. Salesperson with a go-getter attitude
2. Good communication skills
3. Good writing skills and interest in the Indian financial planning market
4. Relationship management and concept selling capabilities
5. A CFP or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage
6. Keen interest in sales/business development in the financial markets
