Corporate Sales Associate Job (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Calling Executive for cold calling and inside lead generation. This remote role supports our Dubai-based operations and targets Middle Eastern clients. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in cold calling and/or inside lead generation. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Candidates with healthcare sales experience are preferred, though applicants without such experience are welcome please indicate any relevant background.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound cold calls to generate leads and set appointments
2. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
3. Engage and nurture relationships with Middle Eastern clients
4. Record detailed call logs and interactions using the CRM system
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
6. Track and analyze call metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates
7. Maintain up-to-date client records and follow-up actions.
8. Adapt messaging based on client needs and feedback
