Key responsibilities:

1. Making sales call or cold call to shipping companies
2. Sending out emails to customers and follow up with them regularly
3. Recording daily progress in Excel sheet
4. Helping dispatcher with daily admin task
5. Following up with transport truck driver for deliveries and pick-ups
6. Assistance in admin tasks
