Key Responsibilities:

1. Address customer queries and concerns, offering timely and effective solutions
2. Engage with dormant app users or those who have canceled bookings to understand their concerns and potentially convert them back
3. Assist users facing technical issues within the app, guiding them through troubleshooting steps
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
5. Maintain a detailed understanding of our services to provide accurate information to customers
