We're looking for our first Sales Closer, someone who is driven to succeed and grow with us. You'll be trained in a unique probing and introspection method used by top psychologists to close deals. Key responsibilities:
1. Set your own schedule and manage inbound & self-generated leads to handle 100-120calls per week.
2. Work remotely and communicate via Slack from 11am - 8pm IST, Monday-Saturday.
3. Build strong rapport with potential clients, guiding them toward the best decision for their health and well-being, even if it's outside their comfort zone.
4. Be proactive in understanding your performance - know what's working and where improvements are needed.
