About the job

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales executive to join our team at Not That High, a cutting-edge event experience enhancement company. The sales executive will be responsible for converting leads into clients through phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their event requirements and pitch our innovative products and services to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead conversion: Reach out to potential clients who have shown interest in our products through inquiries, ads, or referrals.
2. Client meetings: Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
3. Product presentation: Effectively present our products and services (like LED wristbands, foam sticks, etc.) to potential clients, explaining the benefits and value.
4. Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads, ensuring timely follow-up calls, emails, and updates on product offerings.
5. Relationship building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
6. Sales targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying high-potential opportunities.
7. Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and client needs to effectively position our offerings.
8. Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

1. Proven experience as a sales executive or similar sales role.

3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.

4. Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

5. Ability to work independently and manage a client pipeline.

6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

7. Willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).

8. Familiarity with event management, sales in the event industry, or a related field is a plus.
