Who are we?
uFaber is a well-funded Edutech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay to change the way we learn. We sell high-quality online courses on a variety of topics, from exam preparation to certifications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
2. Arrange and conduct video call meetings with the students as per their availability for better counselling sessions.
3. Scheduling free demo lectures for the students with our mentors if required.
4. Generate revenue every month on month with a minimum of 10X of your fixed monthly CTC.
5. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
6. Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
7. Flexible to work on additional days and hours.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 2,00,000 /year
uFaber specializes in providing hyper-personalized teaching at affordable prices for a variety of subjects, including soft skills and English communication, exams like IELTS, TOEFL, etc., career counseling for Canada and Australia, and government job exams like UPSC, IBPS, state PSCs.
Spearheaded by IITians with over 15 years of experience in education, uFaber boasts one of the largest pools of high-quality teachers and content to help individuals excel in their careers and lives. Our primary goal is educational inclusion, aiming to remove geographical barriers that restrict access to quality education and training. Our training programs utilize interactive videos that can be accessed via the web or an app. These videos are complemented by our mentorship program, where each candidate is assigned a mentor to assist with doubts, questions, and queries. Furthermore, all program content is developed in-house by industry experts.
