The sales manager for a security guard company plays a critical role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. As a sales manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base. You will work closely with the marketing team and senior management to identify target markets and develop compelling sales proposals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales strategy development: Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives, strategies, and targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals
2. Client acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, to promote security guard services. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by conducting cold calls, attending industry events, and leveraging networking opportunities
3. Sales reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using a CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
