About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new sales opportunities through social selling, cold emails, or cold calls.
2. Engage with prospects and provide proactive support to clients.
3. Organise and participate in client meetings, business reviews, and feedback sessions.
4. Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
6. Soliciting feedback proactively from clients and prospects and keeping detailed records of these communications and feedback.
7. Provide feedback to internal teams based on client needs or pain points to improve service offerings.
8. Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating and addressing potential challenges before they escalate.
9. Work closely with product development and customer service teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
