About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the industrial market, create product acceptability by conducting product trials on OEM machines or panels, get orders through channel distributors
2. Participate actively in exhibitions conducted in the Tamil Nadu region as directed by the company sales team
3. Get products approved in private consultant space and government companies
4. Dealer channel management and trader sales management in the assigned region of India
5. Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective industry OEMs, end users & system integrators, traders, consultants, etc., and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
6. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
7. Maintaining relationships with customers by providing technical support of the product, and operating guidelines during trials. Suggest to the company design team any product upgrades/ improvements/ changes as noticed and observed in the industry or as per customer feedback
8. Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
9. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, A Daily report is a must for concluding sales visits of a day
10. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing Sales Targets and solving customer issues/queries, suggesting new products in the industry aggressively

The job will require skills that include maintenance of good relationships with customers, convincing power, kindness to talk with customers, and giving technical help. Training for products the market, and the industry will be given completely from the Senior Application and Sales members.
