1. Design and develop custom CRM solutions that meet the needs of the organization
2. Maintain and update existing CRM systems
3. Work with other teams to gather requirements and implement new features
4. Troubleshoot and debug any issues with the CRM system

6. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends related to CRM
Technical skill set:
1. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or SugarCRM
2. Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, or PHP
3. Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
4. Familiarity with SQL and database management
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Experience with integrating CRM systems with other business systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms
7. Experience with Agile development methodologies
