1. Manage and optimize UrbanTap's CRM to enhance customer lifecycle management.
2. Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.
3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve engagement strategies.
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
5. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM ecosystem.
