About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer engagement: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
2. Communication: Address customer concerns and handle sensitive issues with care and understanding
3. Guidance: Offer well-informed advice, guiding customers towards the best options available, even if it means directing them to alternative providers or solutions
4. Sales and upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences while maintaining a customer-first approach
5. Collect feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance overall customer satisfaction
6. Record keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any complex issues that may arise

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Good marks in 10th and 12th grade

2. Proven experience in explaining product and serviec to customer, with a focus on customer satisfaction

3. Strong ability to empathize with customers, demonstrating genuine care and understanding in every interaction

4. Problem solver: Intelligent and resourceful approach to addressing customer concerns and finding appropriate solutions

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
