Customer Acquisition Specialist Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Define the end-to-end customer journeys & design areas of improvement
2. Use marketing analytics tools to analyze marketing programs and design plans for customer engagement
3. Educate customers via email, SMS, push notifications, and other possible communication channels
4. Use third-party tools available for managing messaging for automation and superior quality messages
5. Build customer journeys for customer engagement
6. Design and create analysis dashboards and reports
7. Manage the monthly, weekly, & daily report
8. Handle end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, customer segmentation, and targeting based on customer behavior to provide the best-in-class experience
