About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries over chat, email, call and social media and provide resolution with a customer-first approach
2. Understand the gaps in the system/ process through the type of queries received and drive processes to fix those gaps by working with multiple stakeholders such as product, operations, sales teams etc.
3. Develop SOPs and communication for customer communication and support
4. Proactively work towards reducing customer queries by understanding process gaps and fixing the root cause
5. Finding no-code solutions and driving implementations to enhance the efficiency of the system and process
