Customer Growth Consultant Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documenting client onboarding, progress tracking, and engagement processes
2. Conduct onboarding calls with clients to ensure an understanding of program structure, expectations, and available resources
3. Schedule and conduct regular 1-1 calls with clients to review progress, address challenges, and provide personalized support and guidance
4. Establish processes for reviewing client workbooks and assignments, collaborating with the coaching team to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement
5. Research and compile job opening lists tailored to each client's profile and preferences, ensuring access to relevant opportunities from various sources
6. Implement and maintain a system for tracking client progress throughout the program, documenting milestones, and identifying areas for improvement
7. Collect and document client feedback regarding program content, coaching sessions, and overall experience to drive continuous improvement
8. Serve as a Call Setter to schedule and confirm 1-1 new lead calls, maximizing conversion opportunities and maintaining a steady flow of new clients into the program
9. Assist in managing the sales pipeline by maintaining a database of leads, scheduling follow-up calls, and tracking conversion rates
10. Identify and reach out to HR consulting companies for potential collaboration opportunities, facilitating partnerships to enhance clients' interview opportunities
11. Manage the LinkedIn Group, approving new members, moderating posts, and fostering community engagement to encourage discussions and sharing of referrals
