Our client has a SaaS product which is meant for universities and students pursuing higher studies. Under this role the candidate needs to get well versed with our product and he/she should help our users (Universities and Student) in onboarding on their profile on our product and act like an administrator.

Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluate users profile and applications
2. Assess documentation and other requirements
3. Provide support and escalate issues to the team to ensure right customer experience
