Customer Service Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, responding to inquiries and solving customer issues quickly and properly
2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, handling their questions and inquiries with a professional attitude
3. Follow up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
4. Monitor customer feedback, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions to upper management
5. Assist with sales and marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and other initiatives
6. Analyse customer data and provide meaningful insights to the team

Required:

1. Invest With Tribe is looking for an experienced customer service asssociate
2. You should have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken), Hindi (spoken) and MS-Office
3. Should have some basic understanding of stock markets
4. Should be available from 9 am to 5 pm
5. Should have access to personal laptop for work
