Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
2. Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner by working with other departments or team members as necessary
4. Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate personnel or manager.
5. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
6. Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

1. Must have good English language skills (verbal as well as written)
2. Graduate degree (preferred)
3. Immediate joiner
4. Passion for work
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
7. Strong commitment to adhering to the process
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:
