Customer Service Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
2. Resolving customer complaints
3. Managing database records
4. Drafting status reports on customer service issues
5. Doing data entry & research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
6. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

Note:

1. This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
2. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates
3. You must be able to work all night because this job is in Canada

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
2. Work remotely
3. Need a good laptop and good connection( Mandatory)
4. Night shift (Must be able to do it at Canadian time)
5. Must have computer skills (Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, social media, etc)

Job Types: Full-time/Permanent
Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

1. Day shift
2. Monday to Friday
3. Morning shift
