Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries
2. Maintain existing customer relationships in person via emails and chats
3. Communicate with overseas customer
4. Liaise with contracted artists to fulfill projects assigned in a timely manner
5. Ensure quality control/proofing for every accomplished project before sending them over to customers for approval

Note: Engineers would be preferred.
