We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can interact with Customers and coordinate with the different teams to provide a solution with empathy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries across all support channels promptly.
2. Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure proper dispatch of packages.
3. Ensure a smooth delivery experience, by working with our delivery partners.
4. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the brand.
5. Prepare basic reports in Excel to analyze the performance
6. We hope that this person can grow their career with us and learn different parts of the business in the coming years.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
An ideal candidate would be someone with the following:
1. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
2. Good analytical skills and familiarity with working with Excel.
3. Passionate about Customer Support.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 /year
