Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and CRM tools
3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues in a timely manner
4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
6. Train and mentor customer service team members (including support and success department) to ensure consistent service standards and performance
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
4. Solid understanding of customer service principles, best practices, and technologies
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
