Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to client queries on chat and mail
2. Identify and access client requirements to ensure their expectations are met and they are satisfied with the solution
3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
4. Respond to client complaints and offer timely solutions and alternatives
5. Provide service and product information to both present and prospective clients

NOTE: Preference would be given to freshers.
