About the job

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our Wono team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
2. Provide information about the products and services
3. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
4. Document and update customer records based on interactions
5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
