About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being the single point of contact for all new and existing clients
2. Work on onboarding new clients and providing demo
3. Identify existing clients and track all renewals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
4. Check on all client accounts to see the status of subscriptions
5. Report to sales leaders of the organization and share daily and weekly updates on inside sales
6. Develop strong bonds with clients on a regular basis
7. Manage and takes ownership of clients and identify new opportunities for sales
8. Manage complete CRM activity of the company
9. Follow up with existing clients and new potential clients via email and social media platforms
10. Work on partnerships related to the revenue generation activity of the company
11. Source new reach out by market research
12. Ensure all leads are pre-prepared for next week by using various in-house tools
13. Work on several lead-generating tools to produce new leads

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must have 1-3 years of experience in SaaS or software product companies in a customer-facing role
2. Strong interpersonal communication skills
3. Active listening skills and effective communication
4. A strong sense of empathy and enthusiasm for growth for the customer
5. Understanding customer needs
6. Result-oriented and pays great attention to details
7. Must have prior experience in customer service
8. Communication skills should be top-notch
