Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries on chat and e-mails
2. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
4. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:
