1. Design, refine, and execute a seamless onboarding process for new clients that drives early success and adoption
2. Lead all onboarding efforts, including account setup, product training, and first steps in compliance workflows, tailoring experiences to the client's regulatory landscape
3. Create scalable onboarding resources (videos, guides, FAQ pages) to help users self-serve and reduce time to value
4. Gather and analyze client feedback, delivering insights to the Product team to prioritize product improvements and new features
5. Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional meetings, ensuring client needs and challenges are understood and factored into product decisions
6. Follow existing frameworks for ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure continued customer engagement and satisfaction
7. Build a knowledge repository and customer success toolkit to scale as the company grows, enabling better service for more customers
8. Actively monitor renewal timelines, account health, and usage data to identify opportunities for upsells and expansion
9. Partner with Sales and Product teams to build strategic growth opportunities within accounts and help clients discover new ways RedOrange can meet their compliance needs
Requirements:
1. You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, support, or sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
2. You are an excellent communicator with a flair for building rapport
3. You are highly organized with a customer-first mindset
4. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
