Customer Success Specialist Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1, Client Onboarding and Handover:
Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to service delivery by taking over client deliverables post-contract signing
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

2. Internal Coordination:
Liaise with software engineering, data science, and product validation teams to ensure the product is delivered as promised to the customer
Maintain alignment of all internal stakeholders with customer requirements and project timelines

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
Monitor and uphold customer SLAs as stipulated in the contract
Strive to meet and exceed all service commitments

4. Issue Resolution and Escalation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for any customer issues
Coordinate internally to promptly resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

5. Customer Interaction:
Act as the first point of contact for customers
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to ensure their satisfaction

6. Feedback and Product Improvement:
Regularly collect customer feedback and perform analyses to identify potential product improvements
Collaborate with product management and development teams to implement these enhancements

7. Billing and Payment Support:
Assist customers with billing inquiries and support the payment process
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all billing-related issues
