Key responsibilities:

1. Address client queries through chat and email
2. Identify and evaluate client requirements to ensure their expectations are fulfilled and they are satisfied with the provided solution
3. Respond to client complaints promptly and provide timely solutions and alternatives to resolve their issues effectively
4. Provide detailed information about services and products to existing and potential clients
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

NOTE: Preference would be given to freshers.
