Key responsibilities:

1. Handle the client queries on e-mails and chat
2. Educate potential and current clients on the product and service information
3. Assess and identify the client's needs to achieve complete satisfaction
4. Provide appropriate solutions to clients, resolve client and alternatives within the time limits
5. Follow all the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in co-curricular participation.
